Project Description:
The project consisted of renovating an existing two-story, 7,320 s.f. building and constructing two two-story buildings totalling 18,250 s.f. which houses classrooms, staff & administrative offices, rowing support facilities, storage, and public restrooms. The architectural character of the proposed buildings is intended to evoke references to a nautical environment consistent with the building’s use and is compatible with the existing onsite building as welll as the surrounding area.
