Project Description:
The 16,500 s.f. building houses the Association’s employees, three medical office suites wih ocean views , and an entertainment patio on the third level. Environmentally friendly strategies were used in the design. The use of exposed split-faced concrete masonry units for the exterior skin was specified for its durability and sustainable properties. Natural lighting supplemented artificial lighting by maximizing north light, and minimizing south facing windows where possible.
