Project Description:
The 60,000 s.f. development of this highly visible & sensitive site overlooking the campus & Malibu coastline was a major concern to the University. HPI developed a concept which nestles the facility into the hillside, anchoring the building in the strong land forms of the site. This facility houses multi-disciplined classrooms, offices & laboratories, including TV & radio production, student publications, a mock boardroom, a variety of large classrooms & lecture facilities.
